This is my first bike, of course it didn't come like that. I have had it for over a year, and rode it the first day i got it, then tore it fully apart. The kid who had it before me had no idea what he was talking about, or about how to wire etc. Thankfully he knew what a title was. Anyways i have taken it fully apart we repainted the frame, gas tank, and rear fairing. Still in the middle of rewiring it cause the kid didn't know how to color code wires. The motor has been dropped out and fully taken apart and cleaned up. I'm deciding whether to wait and do my 2002 zx12 rear end or just do a stock swing arm for now, still deciding. I wanna make it more street fighter looking. It was a shaft drive, but we swapped the transmission to chain when we took the motor out, cause i know nothing about shaft drive repair or maintenance. Looking forward to riding here hopefully this summer.

welcome.

cool build.

the shaft drive frames are wider at the pivot than a chain drive frame.so you may not have to do so much work to get the chain offset lined up with the wide rear wheel.

could you measure the width of your frame at the swingarm pivot and post it?

keep us posted.
