KZ 700 clean up

I have to tip my hat to my girl even when im thinkin Im crazy and second guessing how much i have spent she just keeps me in the right mood to head in the corect direction not only with my favorit project but with my life also..

As for her riding. She rides with me and her father all the time and she is like a part of the bike.. im so excited she has been on and around bikes her hole life and no one tryed to teach her put her on the little 305 and sent her down the road cuple times and she is hooked .. I am hoping the kz 500 or gpz 550 is light enough and has a low enough seat hight.

I am up and ridn got all my check list finished except valve service and I'm gona have him tune in the carbs a lot better than I have lol. As for new parts looks like I'm down to a tach , turn indicators and my new set of break lever and clutch perch..


Then to find a 550 around my area to build for the wife can't wait to run with her on our days off...

Very cool. Those tachs - do you know where they feed from? On a four cylinder with two coils, if you are feeding it off one of the coils you would be looking at a 1:2 ratio, or two fires per revolution, I believe.

The tach is cable drive and my bike is e tronic so scrap that idea lol

The paint is rustoleum hammered black and ratle can pin strype with stick on pinstriping its real sweet!

So my 4 into 1 is not acting right ... I have been trying to get it to seal but it just won't so.. I broke the aluminum colar and ended up bending one of the moons... can't win for losing .. guess I will take this pipe to a shop and see if theycan square it up gona need new and keepers ... also gaskets

Does anyone have a left side 4 into 1 for a 750 650 ??
Who made this pipe its a 4 into 1 left side megaphone ?? I will put some picks up in a min just realy like this pipe and wouldn't mind haven a new one ..
