81 kz750 twin was created by javaGeek
This bike started its life as a 81 kz750 csr. I had been severely abused by the time I got it June 2011. But I wanted a bike that I could not only learn to ride, but also learn to work on. It was about Sept of last year when I tore into this bike, at the time I had an idea in my head but it has changed some many times since then I don't remember what the original thought was. But I do really like what it has become. Keep in mind that when I go the bike it ran but barely I spend the months between June and Sept getting it running right (carbs, electrical, really almost everything but the engine it's self). I only rode it for about a month the whole time, although only about a week of that was with the bike running right. But enough history here are some pictures.

is that chain solid enough or will you add more support?

and that stang in the background looks a lot like one of my projects

-btchalice - The chain is welded in all possible places, the swing arm is welded in place, and there is a plate under the battery box that is also welded to the swing arm in a way so that if it ever does move it won't move far.

-H1Vindicator - I'm sure that the rear end is perfectly safe but I alway wear a helmet. Mainly because I drive fast, yet I won't be as foolish as to just haul ass on the first few trips out. It will be an experience getting used to the bike again after so many changes. And I plan to put a suicide shifter on it, so that will be another thing to get used to.
About the year you posted, I've read that somewhere else too. But the bike says May of 81. I may be mistaken on the month but I'm sure it says 81.
