GPz750 help?

Ok all, I have fitted the back end into the bike, had to make up spacers but no real problem. I am however struggling with the front end. I cannot find out why my front wont go, I have got a ZXR400L front wheel which will not bolt up into my front end, I am trying to find out if the 400H wheel is narrower and if there is a narrower speedo drive that will fit.

Any help would be great....

Its the ECU, the bike has a later GPZ Turbo engine, hence me wanting better brakes!

Don't knock my turbo lag - it gives your naturally aspirated a chance..

I cannot line up the front wheel, the speedo drive unit is too wide, I need around 4mm off the drive, as I said, I'm sure this is something that has been done before.
