the jailbird, 75 z1

picked this one up three and a half hours from me in independence mo. advertised on kc craigslist twice. the owner was incarcerated in the local lock up apparently he ran from the cops on the ol' z1 and the chase ended with him piling it into a bunch of trash cans instead of a truck. damage, minimal. broken headlight, bent aftermarket ears and a broken gauge mount.
his ex-wife liasoned the deal, which included a three way call between the inmate, his ex-wife, and myself. of course in typical craigslist fashion, half a dozen callers tried to submarine my deal and get over there first. it cost me an extra deuce but i was the first one there.
