Almost Done!!!

Tried the pic thing again and still No-Go! I put a couple in the 1000 gallery under "Almost Done"

Haha, i love how you can rebuild an entire motorcycle but cant resize/compress a picture. We all have our talents!

Looking forward to seeing it soon.

The way I resize goes like this.
Go to your picture files and right click the image and select copy.
Paste the copy in the same folder. You do this by going to the bottom of the file and right clicking the empty area and selecting paste. This allows you to save the original size also.
Right click the new copy and go to the EDIT.
When the picture comes up there is a option in the upper left to resize. Then select the resize by percent. If your original is 2.5mb or bigger you might have to reduce by as much as 60 percent.By the way you can't go bigger if you go to small so you will have to start again with copying the original again, but thats why you make the copy to work with.
Reduce the image to the size and click the save icon.
At the bottom the reduced file size is shown. If it was small enough you have what you need.
Then add the new sized photo to the add file option on the post.
If you want it to be full size and with the text click INSERT.
Try it that way!
By the way this is with Windows7.
I have posted a picture this way for proof it works. In the photo is a cafe bike I am working on.

When unsuccessfully attempting to include the pic in outgoing message, is there an "error message" of some sort?

Before including an image in the outgoing message, could re-size it to not exceed either 1200px height or 2400px width.

If pic exceeds either of those limits, KZr is sometimes able to reduce the size and show the image.

But apparently KZr's re-sizer didn't work in this particular instance for whatever reason.

No chain guard? The missus better watch her feet!

Missus was dumped off a cousins dirt bike when she was a kid and has never got on a bike since! No riders for me! I ride for mental therapy and prefer no passenger anyway. I did think of putting on a guard but I like to see that long chain exposed. I found an old style extended swing arm and all tabs where cut off, even the mount for the brake torque link!

Thanks Patton! I got a fatal error without resizing and even after reducing to approx 400X300 all that appeared in the message body was the link text but no image. I followed the instructions to the tee and still wasnt able to post the pics. Thanks again

Noticed the 82nd patch.When were u with them? I was B/1/503 and C/1/325 from 61 until 66 or so.bj

bj, I was in CSC 1/508 from 77 to 81.
