I was looking at ways to make this tail look more natural.?? If I raise the back of the tank up it seems to help the lines? what do you think?

That particular tail piece might have come from a donor bike with an integral subframe. In that case you would need to modify your existing subframe or build a subframe for it.

IMO, that tail piece is too large. If you were planning on using a larger tank or possibly sectioning the the tailpiece to reduce it's size, then maybe, but it seems disproportionate to me. Sorry, just being honest, not hating. It looks like a KZ got rear ended by a ZX.

I'm all ears, it's a work in progress, if you have ideas...hook me up. I'm trying to stay brand loyal and have no problem modifying any piece. I agree it's too large right now, but i've got mad welding and fabrication skill. hit me with your thoughts...?

honestly i'm looking for soluitions, not what is wrong. Thanks but if you don't have any thing to add to help, don't bother posting. I Love this forum but those of you that just look to sound smart...I have no interest. Don't post things like "you don't need 93 octane fuel." ir'a nor helpful and you just look like a dick. Thanks to those of you that are actually helpful.

Personally, I think you can make it work. Have you ever done any plastic welding? If it were me, I would try an figure out a way to cut it down the middle from the top and side. then take equal amounts of material from each quarter until you reach a size that seems proportional to the rest of the bike. I hope this makes sense. Please don't be afraid to ask if you don't see what I mean.
