nope po white do his own seat, I got 40 bucks in it plus I got left over materials,
I did my first seat on my first Z1 back in 97, it was a little more involved, suede leather, with stitching, I taught myself, the trick with foam is trim with a electric turkey carving knife, no shit

sorry Lar no pics of the seat assembly,

Just carved up a seat foam today. Electric knife is the way to go. They also have this hot wire cutter thingy. Your bike looks great! Clean and serious. Nice job!

Take it from me cuz I found
If you leave it then somebody else is bound,
To find that treasure, that moment of pleasure,
When yours, it could have been.

stone......just you mentioning my incomplete bikes as "nice" tickles me pink. i cant believe i just saw this thread! i really like the look of your bike. i can see where you put countless hours into detail, and im sure others can too. very clean, and i like the way you kept it black and "old school" looking. i may just use your bike as an idea or 2 for mine before its finished....if ever...lol. thanks for sharring, and let me get back to reading all the replies to this thread....black betty......Joe
