thanks mark. im ganna knock off the tacks and see where else i can put them. i feel they are too far back also for comfort. ill update when determined.

so mark, did you keep them there and just put up with the discomfort? did you get used to them?

i notice when i sit on the bike and hold the bars my foot on the peg, the front of my foot applies pressure to the brake unless i lift my toe. the brake pedal is allready pitcjed down some....should i pitch it down more so my toe is just above the pedal with my heel on the peg?

have your foot on the peg as u would while riding.usualy that would put the peg under your arch, and if i have my cowboy boot on my heel can just hang over the peg, and my toe sole will just clear the pedal.
u want to be able to have enough adjustment so u can adjt the pedal for comfort after u are done.
i never did change mine but i should.
your height looks good but i would move it forward, try it under the axle bolt and see if that feel right. ;)

On my bike I welded slugs about 3/4 inch round onto the frame above and below the swing arm bolt.that put pegs just about right for me. dont know how to link pics but check my gpz 11oo.slug length can move pegs in or out whre you want tnem.just make sure you check shifter side with the stand in the up position.

HA!! Ya the swing arm bolt. Sorry.
i guess it would have to be a unicycle to work with the axle bolt. :P
