ganna give her a sandblast to clean her really good. powder coat guy said he can do it tomm for me. i am going with a gloss black.

i have a problem... on the swing arm mounts kz has a poor design where water can get in from the top and nowhere to come out. i have a hole in mine. ill take pics before and after i weld. back to blasting the swing arm.

the hole or water leak spot is worth posting a pic...may be something is missing imo.....

On KZ900, there's a grease fitting approximately top center for swing arm lubrication, which is supposed to be done every 2000 miles by forcing grease into the fitting until it comes out at both sides of the swing arm.
