I am doing something similar to my 1980 Kz650, but my bike sat in my uncles barn for the last 5 years so i have the entire bike torn down to frame after i made sure the darn thing still runs.
But i need some help pricing and finding some things such as :
Coils, Carb rebuild kit, assorted gaskets.
Does anyone know where the seat and front fender came from for this project?
How did you fit the battery under the seat hump? Is there a smaller option than the stock with same CCAmps?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

I would love to see the electronics wired up under that tail, if you get the time to take a pic. NICE!

it's a kickstart so i'd assume he cut the battery out of the harness to run off strictly the stator.

been real busy doing nothing.
battery is a small $20 12v 6amp. under the hump of the seat.
so it goes in that box bracket thing right above the rear wheel.

My 650 wasn't too bad with the top end off the motor. The 900, on the other hand, what a beast...
