Peter,

Lil tip for you with the pics since you use photobucket. Just click on the image or video, then on the right hand side ofthe screen you'll see 4 options for code. Simply click on the one that is labeled "Image" and it will flash and say "copied" The simply right click in your KZR forum reply box and select paste. That is it. will post your picture or video directly from photobucket. You may already know this, but thought I would chime in.

Again, very jealous right now..

Definitely a cool find. I worked at Love Cycles back in the early 90's late 80's and a customer brought us 2 Eddie Lawson Bikes, not replicas!
We went through both of them and restored them. I remember the bottom case half was pulled on one of the motors and my co-worker Jay says "Hey check this out bro" I look and its a 100% polished crankshaft and has been knife edged to cut through the oil even faster. That was some real money sitting there and I understood why that guy was doing it. I dont even remember his name now. But to have not only one but 2 EL race bikes in one shop was amazing.
I dont regret the time I spent pursuing motorcycle career, except for all the money I could have made doing something else for a living.
Colin Edwards (moto gp racer) got his start at KS Cycle works in Katy Tx, from my old boss.
Went to ride at Colin's house in Conroe one weekend(we were playing on xr100s at his track) everyone is racing around and theres a guy with a helmet on right on my ass. I kept a foot out for stability, he never took a foot off his pegs. I thought, man this guy has some serious balance and coordination. After 4 laps he passed me and slowly pulled away.
Later he sits by me, pulls his helmet off, sure enough, its Ben Spies Suki factory racer. I lloked at him and said, i guess its ok you pass me Ben....he laughed. Very cool guy. Colin and Ben are both very tall, you wouldnt know.`
Remember, don't work on your bike so much you never ride it.
