yes you can take the upper end off in the frame.
no sweat.
myself i would check the clearance between the pistons and cylinder walls and make my decision from there.port and polish and cams will make more difference than an over bore if it is not needed.

hi guys, sorry i havnt posted lately. i promise pics as soon as i remember to buy batteries the next time i am at wally world.
i just had a few bites on a bike i am trying to sell. listen....i def sending my head out for a valve job etc.. but a couple of my sleeves in my jugs are lose. can i send my head and jug out to get redone for about $700?
