Just paid for this '77 KZ900 with 1015 kit and ZX636 suspension.
Got a good deal on it.
I am going to try and make it a QUICK project.
Not sure if I want to run the monoshock or just say screw it and make some brackets on the swingarm to run twin shocks.
We'll see.
I'm just glad all the hard work is done!!!!

Start taking parts out of the box and throw them at the frame, whatever sticks, use it! 
You got a hell of a deal and a lot of the harder stuff is done. Now you just need to finish it
