It's 8ga, stock wire was 10ga.
Excellent job! Looks to be soldered as well as crimped.
Is nice to see a soldering result with no melt-damage to the wire sheathing.
Or maybe that's heat shrink over the sheathing up to the lug -- also "acceptable." :lol:
