i agree... that frame looks really good!! i am wanting to do the same to mine...

Here is my CB750, clip ons are in the garage and a set of flanders style are on it now until i get some shorter tubes, then those and the steering stabilizer are going back on.

That cb 750 is fucking sweet! Ive been looking for one of them to chop up for a while now but havent found one dammit.
Thats what i call a bobber man! Id put drag bars on it though.....

Thanks guys, thats been an ongoing project for me for a while. work on it in the winter, get it back together for the summer and tear it back apart and change stuff again.

I have done a lot of work on it, but got a long way to go to get where I want to be. Been having too much fun just riding it right now.

so here's where I'm at...78 750twin. sanding spokes to paint hubs and spokes flat black with anoidized red rims, enduro nobbies already mounted. hard tail sitting on work bench in pieces, gonna do a drop seat. honda 350 scrambler tank in the mail. dropping front forks and powdercoating satin black after putting on a laithe to take off fender mounts. still trying to decide on paint but have plenty of time....so far spent 1400 including price of bike. also rebuilding ignition system. gonna run a 15/38 sprocket setup with a custom chain from Insane Chains. also jetting carbs with K&N pods. may weld up a mock oil tank for electrical..what'd ya think.
