Hi Andy
Yes you are right, I think when I hit your total I will change name to GringoUK. Seriously though there are a few bargains to be had just before Christmas and not too many bidders. I reckon that the married guys wouldn't be allowed at this time of year & who wants to ride a bike in the winter anyway? I am planning to maybe out a few in the Spring when I have finished renovating them- problem with that is that I get to like them too much.

Hi Mcdroid, yes I really do like these bikes and in my opinion will become fairly collectable over time and I will be the only guy that owns any  This bike was just too good to "trike" and needs repainting back to stock. Anyway "trikers" are a funny breed over here with their stupid conversions and German helmets so had to stop this baby falling into their abusing hands!

Have a great Christmas all!!!!

Don't knock trikes. Ya never know what will befall you. Accident or just old age. At that time it may be the only thing that keeps the wind in what you have left of hair and bugs in your teeth. Hard to give up that open free feeling. A trike will not fill the void but it would help. I got a good friend with a Can Am Spyder and I get to ride it once in a while. I really like it. When I have to get rid of the herd that will be a target.

I do agree tho. Do NOT trike a classic.

   There are times that would come in handy but I'd still take the Spyder and a bag of Depends. I know one thing NOBODY would tailgate you on your ride! ;)

Hi All
I have had a big change of heart, this KZ1100 has got to go so I have advertised it on Ebay here in the UK. Looks like I should get my money back with over 700 views and 63 watchers.
Anyway a guy phoned me from Scotland today who wants the bike as a "Trike" project. I have attached a picture of one of his other creations and decided it may as well end up like this rather than sitting in my shed for the next three years doing nothing

I would ride that except I would have a spike on my German helmet :)

After a few surgeries on my left knee that might be in my future just so I can ride

Hi Kawickrice
Yes it seems to be a popular thing to do over here- not my thing though.
Hope I am not going to offend but from the rallies that I have been to "Trikers" keep very much to themselves- probably not by choice.
Ok I will go for it "trailer park trash and hippies"

Hope I have upset loads of people
