came from a barn a year ago... almost done with resto.
Started as a beat up GPZ.. misc stuff, more clear-coat, carbs & brake lines to go.

No, it isn't new.. As far as I know, it is either an old Bassani or a Supertrapp. It's large though, 2.5" pipe after the collector.

beautiful job it's almost like you read my mind i'm planning on painting my 81 j close to the same way. also i have a very similar header to that with out a muffler i'm making up a supertrapp diffuser disc set-up on an old muffler sectin i have my header has the center section just like yours.

Found th spoiler on ebay... No idea what it was for, but I was sure it would be the finishing touch when I saw it. Had to make brackets and trim a little to clear the header

BEFORE P{CS- this is they way I brought it home---- basically I got a frame and two recycle bins full of parts. What was not bolted to the frame was loose in bins (nuts, bolts, everything... had to sort what when where from manuals & micro-fiche)
Motor that got rebuild & an 1166 BB kit now. Winter project will be converting back to throttle bodies, but upgrading to modern injectors & probably a MicroSquirt

What a mess - sat 15 years after it quit running -- I never found the cause.

Gas left in tank too -- here's the sender unit & the tank was just as bad, but did not leak -- The tank went to a hot-tank and now coated with a polymer used to seal aircraft fuel tanks.
