1978 Kz650 C-2 resto
01 Sep 2009 19:08
I recently found this on craigslist for 150 bucks, it was a total basketcase. It was pulling teeth to get the title put into my name, they claimed it still had a lein on it! After I got the bike in my name I got the frame and swingarm powdercoated a satin black. I also went with the GS 1100 swingarm.
This is my first bike project, my dad had a bunch of these in his younger years, I hope he can still shim valves! I plan on keeping it the same color with a quarter fairing and drag bars. Nothing fancy with the engine just a 4 into one. This bike has been a good excuse to get a blast booth, pc gun and a oven!
