The factory is what made the Bike custom, No need to change it. Unless its been wrecked.Buy a Harley and cut it up. .

well my seat is in bad shape..i am changing things on the bike seat is one of them...my dad loved harley's but i love jap bikes..
to me what ever gets me in the wind is awesome..i could care less what it looks like as long as i dont break down to much.lol..as i have seen on this site when someone talks about bobbing or chopping everyone has something to say which is cool with me..everyone one has their on thoughts and ideas on what is cool and such..but i see a lot of cafe's on here and no one seems to down them for doing so..just my 2 cents...lastly i am not trying to stir the pot please dont think that just asking from what i have seen...

here is a pic of my seat. i cut the seat pan down to make it 'hug' the rear fender. i also cut the seat foam down to get the look i wanted. with the seat foam take your time with small cuts...you can always cut more off if needed! then use 36-80 grit sandpaper to smooth it out. let me know if you need different pics

nice bike..i like want you did with the seat i might do the same thing...what i was hoping to do was to, get a whole chrome rear fender and remove the tail piece and get the seat to look good without having to cut any on the frame, but i am outa ideas to make that work....
