Cool!
How did you end up mounting up the CBR600RR forks?
I have an 03 that I will be stealing the suspension parts off of once I get the money together for all the other bits and pieces I need.

Spent the weekend doing some detail work to the frame, while I'm waiting for parts. The stock welds are pretty shitty looking so I decided to clean them up a bit.

Ended up smashing out the stem from the original triple clamps and had it pressed into the 600rr triple. A sleeved also need to be machined too. Once it comes back from the machinist, I'll post some detailed photos of it.

Got the front end back today and bolted it up for a test fit. Amazingly, everything is in perfect position. The kz stem was knocked out and pressed into the 600rr trees. The only modification was machining a sleeve to make up the difference in diameter.
Just need a new kz stem bolt and it's all done.

Thanks for the pictures, looks like it worked out well.
I was thinking about cutting off the Honda stem flush and machining it out, as it already has the correct OD.
Think this would work?
Are you using the rear wheel/axle from the same bike?
If so, what is the ID of the hollow rear axle(if you don't mind)?
I don't have my parts bike on hand to measure mine, but depending on what it is, I may be able to start my project sooner rather than later.
Thanks again.
