Ok what is me favorite thing about this forum blogge deelee?

Well maybe you are out there right now, and your thinkin' you have a 3/8" offset countersprocket, how is that going to fit inside of the stock countershaft cover?

Just like this...

Thats what i did too. since i have a 5/8" offset, i had to shim the cover out from the motor, as well.
There is always a way. B)
U are going to enjoy this ride my friend.:)

Hey Thanks Mark!!

Man you were sure right about the frame clearance, it is right there, so glad I added the plate you reccommended.

Finished for the day got the rear brake plumbed but forgot about brake pads, back to the ordering...

Really looks sweet! I wish I had seen the tips about frame/chain clearance before my frame was powdercoated...that's why I run a 520 chain now. I've got about 1/16 chain to rear tire clearance and about the same chain to frame.

Awesome job!

Bought a high tech Lithium Iron battery, the thing is really small, and very light. it is supposed to have the same power and better life than a stock wet cell.

It weighs 1.68 pounds and is definately cheaper than titanium LOL...
