I took the frame over to a friends shop to work on the geometry of the frame, forks, and swing
arm.

After the frame was setup I took it apart painted it and finally had a rolling chassis.

Okay let me switch gears and talk about the engine. As you can see from the following pictures the 900 engine was really rough on the outside. But the inside looked like it had been run for less than a hundred miles. So I decided to glass bead it and paint it black.
