According to that time sheet it was all in by the 60' mark then whatever he was racing walked away from him

Sorry, I meant that in a figurative way. Riding IS my medication. Helps me to not be stressed and to focus. Being away from my bike all summer was a hard pill to swallow. I used to ride every day and this year I have only put less than 10k on my bike. I got it bad but in a figurative way. Health is everything. You can have all the gold and money in the world but without health what's it worth.
