My KZ440 NADA INDIAN
08 Apr 2008 14:34
I picked this up recently. I wanted to do some more work to it but it looks so cool this way. I had planned on getting it chopped and stretched the rear out about 8 inches and shorten the forks.

Stretch a 440? 8"?
Why would you do that to a perfectly good bike?
Put some shocks on it and ride.

Bro was 6-9 and he used to ride a GT380 Suzie. A sight to behold! He had to sell a puff 550 LTD for the same reason. I like that 440 tho!

Hey Smooth,
Sorry I assumed that you were talking about lengthening the swing arm, something that drag racers do. How about mounting a stock seat but moved rearward enough to give you room to feel comfortable. That way you'll maintain the maneuverability and may just lighten the front end enough to see some AIR!
I really like the looks of the bike. I just can't behind the struts though.

mad fun!
I do need to put some more thought nto the seat...
I got the bike to chop it up. I wanted a hrdtail. The funfactor is what keeps me from doing too much damage to it. I ride an FZR mostly but its kinda scary fast.
Thanks for the comments!!!!
