Looks good, I have been looking at how to move the pegs back a bit and yours turned out better than some of the ones I was looking at adapting onto my 650. Keep us updated.

I am pleased to report that so far I have been quite happy with my winter mods. The clubmans are exactly what I wanted in terms of positioning and didn't take much time to get used to. The only thing that took about 15 minutes of riding to sort out was the loss of leverage from the superbike bar I had on before.
The homebrew rearsets have been working great. There is less leverage with the rear brake lever being shorter than stock, but it is nice because it is very hard to lock the rear tire now. The shifter has been working great, no trouble and nothing has come loose.
So far, about 300 miles on the set up with my biggest ride being about 50 miles. Not sore in the new riding position and it great because now I am out of the wind. Before with the superbike bars and stock foot pegs, I would get wind buffeting my helmet and quite a bit on my chest. Now, there is none, nice!
A picture of how it sits as of last night after a very successful ride.

Now it is time for the cafe seat work to be done. Any tips on cutting seat foam down? There is a picture in my previous post with what I am after.

And if you do not have an electric carving knife, I used a bread knife for mine. Just take your time and cut off a little at a time till you get it where you want.
