cheap stash box
05 Nov 2007 16:30
After I removed the air box and installed pods, I realized I suddenly had a big hole of wasted space.
So after a couple beers, a little measuring and a whole lot of staring at it, I came up with this:
Darn it, gotta resize.

Basically, it's just some aluminum flashing and some duct tape. It's all one piece, cut and bent like a cardboard box.

Be a good place to store a rainsuit, extra fuses, etc. I didn't go that far but had a shallow tray in that area I kept these things and whatever. You will find that very handy. Amazing how much room that airbox takes up, isn't it? That's some good thinking on your part.
