You have a keen eye, yes its an 78 frame. The 74 frame got a little bent up when I went down on a lond country road in a big curve. Last thing I saw was the speedo saying 100+ and the weeds on the side of the road pitter pattering my shield. A guy coming the other way said I launched off the ditch and splattered into the pine trees 50 feet away. Broke my pelvis clean in to in 4 places and shattered c4 and c5 in my old back. Well, Im up and running again, this time Im going with mags instead of laced rims.

That's gonna look great!
Wish I had the skill and patience to that kind of build up.

To me, skill comes from shop manuals, my patients on a build comes from one of my other running bikes. Long as I can ride something I can take my time on building a bike, its just my weakness.
