Every Day 1300 was created by KZQ
I believe that I'm finally done with my KZ1300. I've been fiddling with it for three years. My goal was an Every Day Capable Six.
I kind of made the task more difficult by fitting a six into one before I ever rode it. Without a base line the carb tuning has been a challenge. But it's All Right Now. Runs smooth from idle to redline.
I put some pics in the Gallery. Here are some smaller files with links to the full resolution shots. I just finished replacing the fork seals, the last task, as far as I know.

I really liked my '79 1300! I'm glad I didn't kill myself then and maybe someday, now that I've matured into a sensible guy, I can get another one.
