Lookin good Paul. Keep us posted on your project. Got to have final pix too.
Good to see you and your brother Melvis posting.
Careful with your arm these days. Your gonna need it to ride your bike.

HA, Hey brother, do you think it might have something to do with being colorblind and the orange actually sows up somewhat?? That is also the reason for the love of yellow. I think the next bike will be orange AND yellow, in some really annoying way to Melvis. lol

Funny you should say "Z1R" and "yellow" in the same post. My Z1R was yellow while I was going thru college, yosh system (cannister type), 29s, and one tooth down on the front. ...memories.
I put the old girl back to stock a few years back...now I have a 1260 to go into her and suspension off an FZR and I don't think I can resist the temptation...so, as soon as the ELR clone is done...

Ok guys, here it is. Took pics of it outside in the evening sun light. WOW, it was a long trip but I am tickled with how the old KZ turned out. If you would have seen it when it was taken off the truck you wouldnt belevie it was the same bike.
Anyway, here you all go, a few pics of how she turned out. I still got a few minor things, like the tank cap, the pingle petcock and some nuts and bolts here and their, but basically, this IS it.

WOW, Paul.
I knew you had it in you as long as you put your mind to it! I hope he likes it as well as we do.
