new guy

Hi new here just introing myself living in Rhode Island i have a 77 KZ1000A that ive had for 13 years havent riden it in about 4 but its makin a come back prepairing to swap out rearend and frontend ill post pics as i have them avalible..also building a 78 Z1r turbo with a buddy of mine who also has several other kz's..Im a family guy with wife and 2 kids was a toolmaker for 8 years till the manufacturing in the area dried up .im now now a HVAC/r mechanic with LOCAL 51..

yaa HVAC the director at the union hall said you can be pipefitter and lug big steel pipe all over the power plants or we can call you a sissy fitter, carry small copper pipe and ride around in a company van allday,,hmmm ..if that makes me a sissy then call me sally:whistle:

being able to do service work makes you a hotter commodity in my book,anybody can assemble stuff but when the equipment is down and they are losing $10,000.00 an hour in production the guy who can make it run again can write his own ticket!:evil:

Oh yaa this is very true, i take it you're in the feild ? exspecialy when the one year warrenty from the installer is up...
