Looking for a bike

Hello all, new to motorcycles. I'm trying to snag a kawasaki from a friend's shed. I dont know what kind it is yet but its old. I will ahve many questions because it has not been started in years. I think its a 550. thanks now for the stupid questions later!!!

Good luck with the sale. I just bought my first bike and it was a 1983 kawasaki 550. I bought it non running and got it running in about 3 days. I found this forum to be very informative and helpful in getting my bike running. Don't forget to search for your problem before you post a new thread. I found solutions to all my problems with simple searches.
