Ninja 600r transmission in a kz650?

Does anyone on the forum know anything about the installation of a 1985 Ninja (GPZ) 600r transmission into a 1977 KZ650?

It's worth noting that the GPZ600 output shafts are 10mm longer than the GPZ550 shafts. The idler gears rotate on coated rings and not directly on the shafts. It's a very good gearbox.

The CVK carbs can fit on the 650 too, and make her run really smoothly.
