Its been awhile...
21 Sep 2025 17:51
Well its been quite a few years since my last KZ and since ive been on the board, life's changed quite a bit. Ive went thru a few motorcycles, built a turbo ZRX1200r (my favorite). Well ive picked up another KZ 1000 with a 900 engine. Seeing as how the bike has already been molested in the past. I will be pulling the 900 in favor for a 80 mk2 engine that will be getting a small 1075 kit with some cams and maybe EFI to back it up. I do plan on redoing the body work aswell. Here is the KZ in question and a picture of my ZRX aswell.

Welcome back to KZR !
How much did you have to research/learn to fit the turbo to the ZRX?
It looks SHARP !

Welcome from the UK, can't wait to see what you do with the new bike given the ZRX is a monster

It was quite a bit of work. I bought a used kit, then hacked it all up and customized it to fit the efi kit, blow off, etc. Then i had a custom intercooler and radiator made. Almost everything on the bike has been customized for performance. Here's the other side
