New member with a problem

Hello everybody
My name is Erik Wall. I'm living in Sweden, anyone els from Sweden? 
I have been owner of a Kawasaki z750s2 ltd twin 1983 for a year. Bought it for 1000kr (112$). 18000km. My plan is a light custom. Cafe racer ish.  

I've touch up everything. New bearings, powdercoated frame, wheels......I'm down for the last stretch before mot, the engine. Here is my problem. 

My starter is freespinning. Its not the starterclutch. 
One time i small item fell out from the starter. It was the small T. Nr 22 in the picture. Im guessing its the cause for my freespinning? 

Can someone show me the messuerments for the T?
Can someone sell me a working mitsuba sm-224?
Is there a replacement for the sm-224?

We did not get the KZ750S here, but I suspect it is the similar to the KZ750K belt drive, which we did get. I am not sure which part you are referring to, perhaps you could identify it on this diagram.
