Thanks McDroid (?) You'll have to explain your handle to me someday. I have to admit to initially being disappointed because I was really pro-Honda, and had planned on purchasing a CB. However, I am absolutely MAD about my KZ400. She runs beautifully, and even though on the low end she's a bit sluggish, when I upshift from 2nd to 3rd that puppy has some SERIOUS punch! I'm positively thrilled - and kicking myself for not doing this sooner!

Hee hee - I love it! Fortunately, my dumb questions are solely due to my inexperience and ignorance of virtually all things mechanical. I've been told I'm smarter than the average bear, so I've got THAT going for me (anyone missing the Caddyshack nod here sux). Plus I think (hope) it is evident I'm eager to actually LEARN how to do things myself, and I ride for the LOVE of it - not because I think it's- or I - am "cool."

Coran - if you ride for the love of it, that means you ARE "cool".
