Hi all,
New to the KZ world although I am a fan of Kawasakis, owning a ZZR1400 and a ZXR750H1.
So I have just taken delivery of a huge box of bits which hopefully will assemble in to a KZ750H1 LTD (I think!). Im just trying to identify what I have, the frame number is KZ750H-011999, which Im fairly sure is a KZ750H LTD? Im across in England so I might have some difficulty in obtaining spares. The main wiring loom has basically been cut off, rather than disconnecting the connectors, so I could maybe repair it or preferably find a good one to buy. Are these readily available at all?
I tried to attach photos but either Im too dense to do it or there is something else amiss.
Regards,
Andy

Welcome Oddy, in the UK also. By Brands Hatch. There's plenty of spares about as long as you don't want an air box or original exhausts!
www.z-power.co.uk/ and kawasaki.cradleykawasaki.co.uk/ to name a couple.
You can check out your numbers / model at zedder.com and jarlef.no

And we do like pictures

Howdy. Kawasaki.com, Partzilla & Cmsnl.com have diagrams. The latter two have a cross-reference, but partzilla is easier to use.
Cmsnl is based in the UK & has diagrams including some for Euro models (not really applicable here, I guess).
You might be able to find some of the wire harness components on EB (e bay).
There's a 750-4 chain drive FSM pdf. probably linked here on KZR. Yellow/Gold cover w color wiring diagrams.

www.partzilla.com/catalog/kawasaki/motorcycle/1980/ltd-kz750-h1

www.cmsnl.com/kawasaki-kz750h1-1980-usa-...tslist/#.Y3LMtOzMLnQ .... edit: cmsnl link added afterwards.

Good to see you recognised that as a H1. Not many would because its got the H2 stickers on the nose cone! Removing those, or fitting a new cone, is the last job on that bikes restoration.

Excellent! So mine is a 1980 KZ750H1 LTD. I can now get started ordering some parts. Thanks for that.
