Here is a list of the North American models. As Zed1015 wrote, the shaft drive 750 LTD was imported only in ‘84-‘85. You can check your frame and engine number against the list.

That’s what’s printed on all my paperwork. Haven’t had a chance to get out and actually check the frame but I assume they wouldn’t have misread the frame when registering it surely?

Might have been the same woman who typed MG Midget convetrivle on a title I once had. I would double check the stamping and the tag to be sure.

Been out and checked my frame today and the T is actually an F.
So I assume that mine is a 1984 750LTD

Hello all,
Here is a new photo of the completed hardtail conversion.
just about to go off to powder coating. He’s offered to grind back the welds and tidy up for me.
1” OD DOM steel used for frame with 4mm wall. Strong as an ox! It’s had me (19 stone) stood on it without even a groan.
hopefully you all approve.
The last few weeks have been a trying time as I lost my fiancée at the beginning of the month, she was only 33.
hopefully she is proud of the work I’ve achieved and can watch from about as I get the bike on the road and start some new adventures.

Deepest sympaties on your terrible loss.
You've got a real rolling sculpture going there; looking forward to seeing where you go with it.

Is this thing working? Is this thing on?
