Just got the wheels back from powder coat and the new tires mounted. Bikes not done yet but, it’s very rideable and I’m digging the progress. Attachments:

Nothing available.

...especially considering it uses the same pipe and clamps as the Kz650. Heck, you can almost use a 650 header on a 550 by tweaking the pipes closer together. I've managed to bolt a 650 header up to a 550, but the problem is the header is just a bit too tall so the pipes hang too far down below the motor.

I'm holding my breath for a 550 Delkevic option, but I turned blue years ago.

Mac 550 headers were workable, but they seem to have gone belly up.
