hello all from New Zealand ..just thought id share some pics of my recent project purchase.. kz400 ltd.. $300 on the FB marketplace..will be getting a light makeover,, hope ya"ll like it. thanks for the add to this page...

a little more progress,, man i hate keihin carbs,,,took so long to sort them out,,little rubber slow jet bungs are very important it seems..haha,,
anyway,. ,up and running very nicely now,. ,cleaned up engine cases a wee bit,. ,new brakes front and rear. new chain and sprockets. rebuilt master cylinder. new battery and tyres.
anything that spins has been cleaned and greased/oiled,, now to find an og seat and mirrors...wish me luck

yes ,,seat is off my sportster, ,just an in the meantime thing,, original seat is beyond repair, ,pan is rusted out completely.

all i used was this plasticote.. was an exact match to the original wheel colour..cheers
