Hi all!
I wanted something to work on during a winter and researched multiple different bikes (makes and models). I wanted to stay with 1978 for personal reason.
So, I found one local 650 and heard it. Rode it around a block and loved it. That one was little too much of neglect. Running, but not whole and priced high-er (because running).

Found another one. More affordable, with good history (one owner, then son inherited it). Was running last year, new tires, etc. Bike is whole (most important), unaltered.
Was parked outside for a year, needs some love.

And while on it (purchasing - I found another "C" bike 79. Mostly parts bike, no way to restore it. Got it to take hardware, etc. All this adds up and for $100 I figured I will take it.

Enough for introduction? Have some questions:

1. Should I post "Build" thread and ask my questions there?

2. I went to "Files" section and wanted to download something, but get 403 error. Missing something?

Making my second post here

Background. I have another bike which I normally ride, 2019 Honda Africa Twin. Started to ride this year.
I have lot's of experience with cars maintenance and so on. Working on a bikes will not be of any problem.

Restoration and making it "my own" is part of my hobby.
