Hi guys, good to be here! I'll be taking my final drivers exam in ~1.5 months, so I've been hard at work getting my 440 ready and roadworthy. So far I've done:
- Removed rust and added epoxy inside tank
- Painted the tank and fixed some dents
- Wheels painted
- New clutch
- New steering rack
- Battery
- LED tail/brake/turn lights
- Painted a lot of things in 2K
- Replaced front wheel
- Some other miscellaneous stuff
Waiting on parts to:
- Redoing brake lines so it fits better with the new steering situation
- Turn signal relay has to be for LED
- Exhaust stud are completely done, waiting on new ones
- Getting an annoying "STOP LAMP" message. Already read a bit about it, I'll ask in more detail in a new topic!
- Miscellaneous stuff
Thanks for having me!

Welcome, if you used a led tail light I assume the stop light message you mention is the panel light is flashing. Many kawasaki bikes have a circuit on them where the panel light flashes to alert the tail light bulb has blown. By using the led bulb this circuit thinks the bulb has blown. You can get around it by placing a resistor in parallel to the panel bulb.
