Where is the pic you are trying to upload? Saved on the computer or is it already online somewhere (like a google photo album)?

Hi tssywfb, check the size of your pictures. Try to keep them under one 1 Meg. I think two meg is the limit. But you still get great quality even around 500k. And the smaller the size the better it is for the website. Cheers! Joe

I seriously doubt the size of your pictures is the problem. Here's a picture that is 2.3 MB. Ed
