Downunder greetings

G'day Fellas.
I'm helping an old mate (78) restore an 82 KZ440 LTD. I've been twisting spanners on bikes for 50 years on my bikes and mates. I ride few bikes, 51 BSA A7, 57 BSA A10 (I road raced her in the 90's), 83 CB1100F and an 88 FXST Harley.
I remember fondly borrowing a mates 440 in the 80's and enjoyed it a lot. I squired this one a few months ago in lue of payment for bike work and passed it on to old mate. Now helping him restore it.
I'll be asking a few questions in the appropriate sections.
Cheers.
Musky

Welcome aboard, and good on you for helping a friend. There are several folks here with extensive 440 experience who are glad to answer questions, but we need pictures. Lots of them. Pretty, pretty pictures. Shiney. Piiiiiiictuuuuuresssssss.

G'day Musky.

I too have just started a project but on a KZ250 LTD so will be watching your posts with interest.
I'm on the Sth Coast of NSW and have limited experience in getting my hands dirty regarding the real "nuts and bolts" of the engine, so I'm hoping I don't have to do anything too complicated.
Good luck with your project.
Cheers.
Greg.

G'day Nursey.
How far down the coast? I'm in Conjola Park but soon to move to Lithgow. The fire on NYE got me.
Cheers
