Hello from pa new owner of 1980 KZ750 e gonna try to build a cafe!yes this will be my first cafe build but it seems like there is a lot of knowledge on this site to help me get it done ! I’m may ask a lot of dumb questions so plz bare with me .

Howdy. I'll suggest doing a stock type refurbish & maybe go with Superbike handlebars. The 750E is a standard model & there aren't very many of those around. Nessism restored one that came out pretty nice. see link in the signature of any of his replies. I kind of patterned my 650-CSR after a blue 750E. Anyway, good luck.
