14 Nov 2019 21:14 - 15 Nov 2019 16:36
How you doing fellow kz riders? Glad to be part of the community. Im currently doing a resto mod streetfighter style build with a 1978 kz650, using the front forks from a 2008 r1 with cognito moto triple. and im about to embark on the swing arm swap. Im gonna be using the zxr swingarm which i can already see i will be needing some help with.

Welcome To The Party!
I too have a KZ 650 and would be happy to share my experiences. Also, many other great members here will offer there assistance too!
BTW, I own a ZRX 1200R . I believe you mentioned using that swing arm likely due to the dual shocker design and of course it is much beefier than original stock. For more info on retro fitting that type of swing arm on a KZ, I suggest visiting the ZRXOA.org web site. Lots of knowledgeable folks there. I am The Mad Duck on that forum Hope to see you there too!
Look forward to seeing your build progress!

There's metal flake and then there's metal flake! Bedazzled! Nice!
