Hey all,

Been using the forums to learn for a few weeks, realized I never registered, so here I am! Was gifted a somewhat modified, little worse for wear '79 KZ650C that I intend to un-mod (don't wanna say "restore" as I'm not sure I'm gonna go quite that far) and eventually rebuild in the off season.

This site and the forums have already been a great help, so I fully expect you'll see me in the tech forums soon with lots of questions!

I'm not a total idiot when it comes to engines, but I'm brand new to bikes, so here goes nothing! (Just got my M license on Monday, lol... So I'm really new)
