Howdy. Mikuni VM24. If you're in the USA, the carburetors may have an accelerator pump >> easy to identify as the #2 carb will have a different float bowl with extra stuff. There are 2 or 3 different float bowl gaskets for the VM24s, so don't order them until you verify what yours look like.

Maybe you already know what particular 650 it is, but the motorcycle appears to be a KZ650C.
You can check the frame & engine number info at CycleChaos.com to verify the model & year.

Just stopped by and checked today, it is a KZ650C with a manufacture date of 10/77. And thank you for the reply. I will have to check...silly question are the carbs numbered from the left to right or vice versa.....well I guess if one of the inner ones is different.... :)

As one is sitting on the bike the carbs are numbered 1 - 4 left to right. The 4 carbs are each a bit different than each other. Ed

I'd like to extend an big AZ welcome to you. Thanks for the pic. Looks like it has good bones but needs some love. We're here to help if you need any. Do you have a maintenance manual?

Not at the moment. Would be open to a suggestion to a source for one. If I can get it on CD, that would be even better!
