Hello from Des Moines

New member from Des Moines. My first Kawasaki project after doing 5 others. My style is mostly stock in a café racer theme but with subtle mods to change the proportions a bit. I like to think of them as the factory styling exercise that never got released. Looking forward to all the great advice I will need as the motor is locked up on this one. Got it for $200. Work so far: Shortened seat pan (still flips up) and frame, moved tailpiece up and removed rear fender, dropped the gauge pack 2", and trying to figure out how to visually reduce the size of the side covers.
