I just got a 1978 KZ650 for $600. It had a seized engine, dead battery, and broken front master cylinder. I lubed and rocked till the engine broke free, cleaned the carb, replaced the front master cylinder, and battery. It took a bit of coaxing, but fired up. I'm going to work on it this winter and see how far I get. Let me know what you think.

Welcome, it looks like pretty much everything is there.
You need to go over it from top to bottom and don't trust the tires even if they look good they are probably rock hard.
